近日OpenAI 推出了OpenAI for Startups项目，那么什么是Startups项目呢：
它是由全球知名的人工智能研究公司 OpenAI 推出的一个开放式的创业计划，旨在为初创公司提供一种新的激励机制和技术推广方式。
也就是说我们可以用自己账号申请，2500刀的API使用资格，这比之前注册送的15刀和5刀的体验金要给力很多，那么如何去申请2500刀的使用资格呢？
1、打开网址：
https://openai.com/microsoft-for-startups
2、填表申请：
这里我们一步一步来：
First name * (姓氏)
Last name *（名字）
Business email * （邮箱）
Company name * （公司名称）
Country of residence * （居住地选择OpenAI支持的地方，不要写中国，直接写美国）
Please describe what your company does and how you plan on using this API. * （大概描述一下GPT的使用业务描述，这里可以使用GPT去生成，但是必须得翻译成中文）
Organization ID * （这个相当重要，相当你账户的ID，不要填错）
https://platform.openai.com/account/org-settings
之后点击提交即可，如果没有出错的话就会出现： Thank you for your submission.
一般申请后2-3日就会有结果了，这里需要大家注意的是，Country of residence ，Please describe what your company does and how you plan on using this API. * ，Organization ID 这最后的三个选项，地区一定要填写美国，其他地方可能会驳回，业务描述这里可以参考我用GPT生成的：
