1新建工程，在maven工程中选择create from archetype,选择webapp，注意有很数个webapp，要选择前缀有maven的
2.在pom.xml添加依赖

4.创建springmvc.xml文件，并选定resource 为resource root

点击加号把当前工程添加到tomcat中 即可完成
