 R2开启FTP服务，创建用户caidale，密码123456

[R2]ftp server enable         #开启FTP服务
[R2]local-user caidale class manage   #添加管理用户caidale

[R2-luser-manage-caidale]password simple abc12345678  #设置用户密码abc12345678

[R2-luser-manage-caidale]authorization-attribute user-role level-15  #用户等级为15
[R2-luser-manage-caidale]service-type ftp #设置R2为FTP服务端

R1上访问FTP服务端，输入用户和密码

<R1>ftp 1.1.1.2           #输入服务端IP地址
